Lotus365 may offer monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Apple’s purchase sheet and the in-app paywall are the source of truth for your storefront’s localized price, billing period, trial eligibility, and trial length. Offers can vary by region and Apple Account eligibility.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel through your Apple Account subscriptions. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
Restore and refunds
Use Restore Purchases inside Lotus365 when access is missing. Apple controls billing and refunds; eligible refund requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com.
A paywall should appear only when you intentionally continue beyond free Path content, open a premium Explore experience or advanced learning tool, or enter membership settings. It does not block the daily experience.
