Use Lotus365 with care.
These supplemental terms apply to Lotus365 alongside Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If they conflict, Apple’s standard agreement controls where required.
Educational and contemplative purpose
Lotus365 offers educational material about Buddhist texts, histories, traditions, art, language, and contemplative practices. It does not represent every Buddhist tradition or replace instruction from a qualified teacher. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice. Stop a practice that causes distress or physical discomfort and seek appropriate support when needed.
Free access and Lotus365 Plus
A meaningful daily teaching and short practice remain available without a purchase. The first three Path lessons and one complete Explore experience are also free. Lotus365 Plus provides the premium features described on the purchase screen and on the Subscription Information page.
Purchases and renewal
Digital purchases are processed by Apple. Auto-renewable subscriptions are charged to your Apple Account at confirmation and renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Eligibility, localized price, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown by Apple before purchase. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Lifetime access is a one-time, non-consumable purchase and does not auto-renew.
Content and intellectual property
The app’s original presentation, writing, software, and commissioned or licensed assets are protected by applicable law. Third-party texts and artworks remain subject to their respective rights and attribution terms. You may use Lotus365 for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not extract, resell, republish, or misrepresent app content or bypass purchase controls.
Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts are made to keep Lotus365 reliable and accurate, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Content may be corrected, reframed, replaced, or removed when scholarship, rights information, safety, or technical requirements change. Premium changes will not be used to misrepresent the purchase presented to you.
Feedback, corrections, and termination
You may submit feedback or a content correction. You retain ownership of the original material you send and grant permission to use it to evaluate and implement the request. Access may be limited where required by law, platform policy, security, or material misuse.
